Laugh all you want guys! I did like a hundred reps tonight. You'd say "agh" when you were done with that too! And, cfs, I know you said, no strength training yet, just running, but the girls love it!

Thanks for the post and thanks for the movie! Good job, reps are good for you. Push ups, sit ups, work on that upper and lower body, all combined with running will do the trick. Have a Merry Christmas.

This is a great tip for Liam's dad. I'll have to get him on board this program. Might as well when he's a jungle gym already.
