My awesome friend, Jana, gave me this little strawberry plant in a pot! It was shipped all the way from Washington State by Jana's mom. I have never grown anything (other than a couple of babies and myself). And in this case, Jana, did all the work of planting it in a pot. The girls and I have been watering it and making sure it gets sunshine. I was sooo delighted this morning to discover a little flower blossom growing! I can't wait to see fruit. There is something so exciting about watching life grow. Next I need to get one of these Topsy Turvy Tomato Plants!
